Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) involves supporting the body on the shoulders. Start by lifting the knees towards the chest, then extend the legs upward. To exit the pose, you can transition into Halasana (Plow Pose) or gently bend the knees towards the chest, carefully rolling down onto the back.
