Salamba Sirsasana is like an inverted Tadasana. If you remember and practice correct alignment, execution will be much easier and safer. The pose is recommended for advanced practitioners. The practitioner should have a strong body and arms to be able to hold the entire body weight on the arms, without shifting it to the neck or head.
