Savasana is the pose of conscious relaxation. It is the most important and most challenging for most practitioners. It teaches complete relaxation of the mind and body. Typically performed at the end of practice. It can last from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the practitioner's needs and the intensity of the asanas.
