Savasana is the pose of conscious relaxation. The most important and the most challenging for most practitioners. It teaches complete relaxation of the mind and body. Usually performed at the end of a practice. Can last from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the practitioner's needs and the intensity of the asanas.
